The God Of Truth

The God of truth created the heavens and the earth, and all the host of them to reveal the truth and to be praised by all those who are of the truth. And to testify about Himself, He sent His Son to the people who sat in darkness.
It is written, "Jesus answered, 'I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" (John 14:6). And also, "'You are a king, then!' said Pilate. Jesus answered, 'You are right in saying I am a king. In fact, for this reason I was born, and for this I came into the world, to testify to the truth. Everyone on the side of truth listens to me.' 'What is truth?' Pilate asked..." (John 18:37-38).
Truth is true. Truth is revealed out of falsehood, and light shines out of darkness. The God of truth is also the God of glory. Glory is the root of radiance.
The Bible says about it, "This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness at all." (1 John 1:5). And also, "Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows." (James 1:17).
More clearly, the Bible says, "In the past God spoke to our forefathers through the prophets at many times and in various ways, but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom he made the universe. The Son is the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven." (Hebrews 1:1-3).
Without darkness, the true light cannot be testified. Without the true light, glory cannot be revealed. The Bible says about this truth, "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters. And God said, 'Let there be light,' and there was light. God saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness. God called the light 'day,' and the darkness he called 'night.' And there was evening, and there was morning--the first day." (Genesis 1:1-5).
Without darkness, there cannot be light. Without evening, there cannot be morning. And so, the works of darkness and evening were done through Moses, and the works of light and morning were done through Christ. It is written, "Moses was faithful as a servant in all God's house, testifying to what would be said in the future. But Christ is faithful as a son over God's house. And we are his house, if we hold on to our courage and the hope of which we boast." (Hebrews 3:5-6).
Therefore, for Moses, it is written, "These are the commandments the LORD proclaimed in a loud voice to your whole assembly there on the mountain from out of the fire, the cloud and the deep darkness; and he added nothing more. Then he wrote them on two stone tablets and gave them to me." (Deuteronomy 5:22). And for Jesus, it is written, "the people living in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of the shadow of death a light has dawned." (Matthew 4:16).
Therefore, the Bible says, "For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ." (John 1:17).
It is our Lord Jesus Christ who fulfilled and finished and completed the will of God finally; he is the author and perfecter of our faith. Jesus! The name will last forever. Amen.
Therefore, the Bible said about Jesus beforehand, "to open eyes that are blind, to free captives from prison and to release from the dungeon those who sit in darkness." (Isaiah 42:7).
However, for even those who are of truth, until they know the truth, it is written, "He has driven me away and made me walk in darkness rather than light." (Lamentations 3:2). And also, "He has made me dwell in darkness like those long dead." (Lamentations 3:6). But if they know Jesus the truth, these words will come true, "In that day the deaf will hear the words of the scroll, and out of gloom and darkness the eyes of the blind will see. Once more the humble will rejoice in the LORD; the needy will rejoice in the Holy One of Israel. The ruthless will vanish, the mockers will disappear, and all who have an eye for evil will be cut down." (Isaiah 29:18-20).
Therefore, the God of truth sent His Son in the flesh, made him partake of flesh and blood, and let him taste the suffering of death for those who are of truth. It is written, "In bringing many sons to glory, it was fitting that God, for whom and through whom everything exists, should make the author of their salvation perfect through suffering." (Hebrews 2:10). And also, "Although he was a son, he learned obedience from what he suffered and, once made perfect, he became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey him and was designated by God to be high priest in the order of Melchizedek." (Hebrews 5:8-10).
From now on, we, who are of truth, will rest forever with Christ in the order, praising God everlastingly.
"Then a voice came from the throne, saying: 'Praise our God, all you his servants, you who fear him, both small and great!'" (Revelation 19:5). Amen, Amen. Thank you, Lord.
